You need to get on meds, the longer you're not on medicine the more permanent your symptoms become. You're just playing around with Grok and accomplishing nothing. Abandon this farce and get on medicine, what you're doing isn't and won't work.

You shouldn't see your daughter until you're stabilized and medicated, you're in no fit state to see her as you are now.
