Vice Admiral Nancy Lacore was fired by Hegseth in August 2025, no reason given. But it seems pretty clear why she was fired — Trump was livid because intelligence reports contradicted his lies.

Of her many accomplishments, I will mention one — in 2014 she established “Valor Knows No Gender: Run to Remember”. She ran a grueling 160 miles in 7 days to honor 160 women who were killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Last month she announced her run for office in the South Carolina seat currently held by Nancy Mace. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see scum replaced by valor.
