The America Firsters are predictably annoyed when confronted with reminders that NATO’s Article Five has only been invoked once, in response to 9/11 — when the United States asked fellow NATO members to send their soldiers to die in Afghanistan. Apparently, Donald Trump finds this particularly irksome.
