Today, I saw a person using a power wheelchair in the street because some of the sidewalks in town look like this and many lack curb cuts.

Ain’t. Right.

The picture shows a sidewalk that is uneven, uplifted or depressed by several inches in some places. There’s a longitudinal crack running down the middle. Green grass and weeds grow from the crack, and dirt has accumulated near the grass, which spills onto the blacktop of the street. There’s a peeling strip of yellow paint between the sidewalk and the road, and a fenced-in green yard in the background.
