Integration is understanding that cosmic love, holds both unity and separation without condition. It's the recognition that we're students in this lifetime, as we attach and detach from experiences that we choose to believe are good and evil.

Contrast, conflict, merging, and evolution, are all just a dance of energy. Energy that we choose to place in situations, thereby showing the intent of how we wish to grow.

In a world of polarity, we can choose to be the aggressor or the protector. Yet we belong to a cosmos of infinite possibilities, where our creativity shows that thinking in duality highlights a belief in scarcity.

When we embody the creative mindset, we stop shouting at the storm. And collect rain instead.

We no longer see enemies, but animals that act out of pain. We respect the danger they form and help them heal if we're capable.

Fighting each other continues a cycle of death: for we are one. Separate and unified. Choosing life is an act of compassion from a place of truth.
