Conformity doesn't just create the silence that allows predators to hide among us. It also stifles expression in such a way, that it becomes an anaerobic mess within a person. It creates a rot in society, which forms the future predator.

To be the change, you must learn to stand alone. It's the only way to help heal our shared wounds. Through sharing your story and embodying your truth; you provide a much needed fresh breeze that allows others to breathe.

You never know who you will reach with your expression. You might just find kindred souls that light up your heart. You may even inspire someone to address the source of the pain you experienced.

Though you may never learn about the ripples of your actions: reclaim your sovereignty regardless.
