Please, help me change movie and theaters to make them more ADA complaint. My husband bought tickets to a Mystery Movie Horror Edition. The movie was #TheIceCreamMan and the theater was #RegalCinamas . Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the movie. I was looking forward to seeing this movie. After. Fiddling with my CC glasses for ten minutes. I went to get a manager to help with me. After, another ten minutes he went in the office to check if CC was available on the movie. It was not available. I could not understand or enjoy the movie without subtitles. I have significant hearing loss in both ears. My hearing aids help but I rely on subtitles to keep up with dialogue. Help other like me have access to the mystery movies.
