The image shows that Alex Pretti did not have his gun in his hand when ICE approached him. He had his phone in his right hand, as shown in the image. Mr. Pretti’s gun was on him; however, it was clearly not in his hand. He has a concealed carry permit for his firearm, allowing him to carry it legally. 

BOVINO and NOEM are spreading false narratives, saying Mr. Pretti was shooting at the BP agents. That is a lie.
