I know some people are hesitant to post anything on social media that feels overtly partisan right now, for all kinds of reasons. But I saw a friend share this, and it struck me as a clear, simple way to interrupt some of the comfort and complacency that so many people are still living inside. And honestly, it may land even harder if it comes from someone who does not typically post anything political. Maybe it starts a conversation. Maybe it simply makes someone pause long enough to look closer. Either way, that matters. At this point we should try anything — smoke signals may be next.
