Norway has just decided to increase its support to Ukraine for 2025 from 35 to 85 billion Norwegian kroner ($7,81 billion). Compared to the size of the population, the Norwegian aid equals $483 billion from the USA.

For example, hotels used to accommodate travellers, but now they are conference centres and event centres and luxury spas, where people actually staying at the hotel take second place to the big money makers

This is the craziest thing I have ever written. Many indicators are coming in that Trump fully intends to invade Greenland and Canada. “Annex” is just a nice word for killing Canadians/Greenlanders and seizing land we do not own for Elon Musk’s technologist dictatorship. It would cause the Armed Forces to mutiny and Civil War in America to start. Take this talk seriously. Read this assessment.

The problem with Social Security isn't "fraud."
The problem with Social Security is that as the rich have gotten richer, more of their income has escaped the cap on the SS payroll tax.
In fact, millionaires stop paying SS taxes today.
We can fix this by scrapping the cap.
Whether or not they did, 0.3% of the total US population is inadequate to explain an about 2% drop in the over-20 population.
Though job losses and COVID stress starting in 2020 might be another explanation. Acute stress can cause significant weight loss. And while I’m thinking about it, so can prolonged COVID even if the person doesn’t die.
