I’m not quite part of the same culture as my father or grandfather. There’s a music one level above the specific things we do every day to try to sync our actions to its rhythm. As things change the things we do to match that rhythm change. All I try to do is to listen to the music and try to figure out a way to move with it.

If you want a discussion I’m against mass and uncontrolled immigration. A nation’s first loyalty is to its people and ours has certainly failed in that front in recent years. But we have new people here now and things aren’t the same as they were and I bet you want a culture of high honor and pride that is constantly building new and glorious things.

You can complain about that and change nothing or you can let the music guide you, trust the principles of its notes, and seek to put that honor in place again.
