Batch #1 seedlings update.

In spite of winter and keeping the seedlings in the shade, the first batch couldn’t be saved.

It stings a little, but it’s also part of the learning curve.

A fresh batch went in on Dec 23rd, with closer attention to watering and placement. It's clear that early days are going to have as many restarts as harvests—and it feels important to keep these notes visible.
