Make money doing the work you believe in

This is a strip that will likely fly over the heads of anyone who reads my stuff that ISN'T also a cartoonist, but hopefully will hit square between the eyes for my fellows.

For those curious about who Wally Wood was and what his 22 panels are, it's an invaluable guide to ways to, as described here in the strip, add much-needed life and excitement to otherwise dull scenes in a comic. (Special thanks to Larry Hama for sharing the original with the world!)

I've wanted to try my had at drawing them all myself over the years, and decided to finally give it a crack with a twist: could I also tell a STORY using those exact panel layouts?

After gabbing about my idea with my frequent Giant Girl Adventures collaborator and bestie, Sabrina Pandora, the basic structure and premise of this strip took shape.

Yes, this is self-indulgent as all get out, but I had a LOT of fun working this out, and I hope you enjoy the final results!
