Alina Habba stood on the White House lawn and implied that the estimated 6,000 veterans who have lost their jobs with the federal government didn’t deserve those jobs or weren’t showing up. It feels like the first shot in the messaging campaign that will impugn our service to divide us and pull back our benefits and support.
