Everything LLMs actually are good at producing is something that was already abundant.

Most of the world is not computers; most of the world's challenges are not solvable with code.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that any of the outlandish claims about the way that LLMs will solve world historic problems can actually work. It's not even science fiction, it's science fantasy.

You have to be content with living in a world in which real material problems only get better slowly and gradually, and even then only if we summon the political will to make them get better. Technology is not coming to save you.
