WTF?? Journalist covering ICE crimes ARRESTED & locked up by ICE with no warrant. We have to get her story everywhere, and get her OUT of custody:

Estefany Rodríguez, a journalist for Nashville Noticias who has been documenting ICE activity in Tennessee, was suddenly detained by immigration agents while driving through South Nashville with her husband.

Agents had no warrant. Rodríguez says they only showed her a Notice to Appear after stopping her.

ICE claims she missed two meetings and labeled her a flight risk. But her attorney Joel Coxander says the letters ICE sent were NOT mandatory orders.

“They’re invitations,” her attorney said of the letters. “They don’t say they’re required. They say, ‘Come in so we can help ensure the best outcome for your case.’ They cite no legal requirement to come.”

Her story is all the more outrageous because of WHY she's in The United States:

Rodríguez fled Colombia after receiving death threats tied to her work as a journalist. She entered the United States legally in 2021 on a tourist visa and applied for political asylum. Since then she has been following the legal process.

Now Rodríguez is being transported to an ICE processing center in Louisiana, separated from her husband and young daughter.

Nashville Noticias released a statement DEMANDING her release so she can reunite with her family and keep telling stories about ICE crimes.

Time to put on the pressure!
