Here is a list of just some of the unlawful things Chump has engaged in and are reasons for Impeachment and possibly sedition/treason.
Congress should have opened an impeachment investigation on Day 1 of Chump’s second administration into Chump’s violations of the Emoluments Clauses and into his unlawful, corrupt campaign practices as well as election interference…he admitted that he and Husk rigged the voting machines.
Since taking office, Trump has committed a growing list of impeachable offenses. Unless and until Congress takes its constitutional impeachment obligations seriously, Trump will continue to entrench his corrupt interests, usurp authority committed by the Constitution to other government branches, and abuse his power to the detriment of our democracy and the people of our country. Specifically, Congress must impeach Trump for:
Committing treason by levying war against the United States, individual states, and their people
Attempting to manipulate congressional districting to entrench his own power
Illegally kidnapping, detaining, and removing U.S. residents
Illegally and unconstitutionally removing U.S. residents, migrants, and asylum-seekers to foreign prisons
Unconstitutionally and systemically violating the First Amendment
Unconstitutionally usurping Congress’s powers
Unconstitutionally usurping Congress’s power to declare war
Defying court orders and unconstitutionally usurping judicial authority
Abusing investigatory and prosecutorial powers
Abusing his power to seek retribution against perceived adversaries
Engaging in corruption for his own or his close associates’ personal enrichment
Co-opting and dismantling independent government oversight of businesses, government institutions, and law enforcement
Imposing unlawful tariffs
Receiving foreign and domestic emoluments
Unconstitutionally usurping local and state authority
Abusing the emergency power
Abusing the pardon power
Abusing his power in order to undermine public health and safety
Abusing his power in order to deprive the American public of accurate political, historic, scientific, and medical information
Unlawfully aggregating and disseminating private data, in violation of individual privacy and liberty rights
Depriving citizens of their birthright citizenship
Blocking efforts to secure U.S. elections
Planning the forced removal of Palestinians from Gaza
Committing and planning to commit war and humanitarian crimes against civilians in Latin America
Engaging in unlawful, corrupt practices during the 2024 presidential campaign
DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY.
Trump is not a monarch. He is beholden to the Constitution, as is Congress and the Senate.
And as the Founders understood, if we are to preserve our democracy for the people, then Congressand the Senate have a duty to investigate, impeach and remove and charge a corrupt executive.
Congress must fulfill its duty now!.
