Ashby’s Law of Requisite Variety states that a regulator of a system must contain as much variety as the system that it regulates in order for the system to remain controllable. The expansion of artificial intelligence is primarily, in my opinion, a way to dramatically expand the capability of the upper elite regulation over the “world system.” Of course, anything which is not measurable by this system doesn’t exist to it and must be suppressed to bring the system further in alignment with what is measured, so there is continuous expansion of the regulator and suppression of what is regulated into what can be commodified and controlled.

This is the tower of Babel story unfolding, because the Self which ultimately governs human action shifts under observation like Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle and is not measurable in the way the upper elites want. Perhaps they’ll just genocide the masses instead of address the problem.
