Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. continues to assure the public he will be on the ballot in all 50 states.

However, his own ballot access page concedes he still in the petitioning process in five states, and The Hill’s map still shows him far short of the necessary number of ballots.

Right now RFKJr still looks more like a spoiler candidate than anything else.
