Doesn’t it seem strange that the CIA would want the Zapruder video, which was in the FBI possession, for “Training Purposes?” Training for what?! Maybe if they were the Secret Service I would buy that. They needed that so they could continue to bully the commission staff and manipulate evidence. I’m guessing this “training” time was what eventually led them to rearrange the order of 2 of the stills in order to fabricate the movement of the head going forward first.
