Quick Update my boss spoke with our VP about my raise. It comes with a title change…The VP wants me to create a document comparing my hired role’s responsibilities and my current role’s responsibilities to create a new role.
Somewhat annoyed because Senior Photographer is right there…. But if I must I’ll do it.
My workload is crazy right now (and like sir I don’t have the time to do this because I’m obviously doing more than my hired role 🙃🙃🙃🙃… are the Becky’s expected to do this for a title change and salary increase??? No!!!) but I’ll make time this week to do this exercise. Will keep yall posted!
