Over a decade ago, a dear friend of mine taught me about writing down intentions for the year, keeping them in my wallet & taking a flame to them at year’s end. Maybe it’s not so much about resolving anything, just remembering.

Here’s to another year around the sun. I shall find new intentions to remember near midnight.
