I swear by the rebounder for releasing my pelvic floor from clenching, holding, gripping and overall not feeling safe.

One of my favorite things is seeing how the same tools (used with different intentions, methods and modalities) shape our very individual physical responses and realities.🥲

My biggest flex is that after three big babies, I can bounce at the trampoline park for an hour with my kids with zero wee.
