"NO WORDS", a very appropriate name for the silent protest by Danish veterans and thousands of civilian supporters with a march from my old office at "the Citadel" to the US Embassy in Copenhagen. The protest was a very moving and dignified response to the vile statements by president Trump (and before that by VP Vance) about the Danish and allied soldiers who have fought alongside the US in e.g. Afghanistan and Iraq.

It was moving to see thousands of Danish flags alongsiden Greenlandic, Faroese, allied and Ukrainian flags. The irony of it all is that the crowd yesterday, was probably the most pro-American, pro-freedom, pro-liberty that has been seen in Denmark. Almost all would have shared the dream that the US we love will come back to its senses.
