Day 2 of our van escapades and we made it to beautiful Bremen - otherwise known as bloody, boiling hot Bremen! Another 278km on the road. And once again an hour longer drive, than Google tried to claim at the start, for no apparent reason. I think our Google has gremlins!

29C had us sweating bullets even secluded under the shade of these beautiful oaks. But Evie was happy as a clam watching doggy TV aka peering under our neighbours van to watch their dog sleeping on his rug! 🤣

We are now having a daily contest to see how many times we each hear that ‘donk’ followed by ‘ow’, or any suitable expletive, as we bang our heads in the van for the umpteenth time. Our German neighbours have likely learned more than a few new English swear words in the past day.

After a sweaty night (for no other reason that the weather!) it’s finally cool enough at 6am to appreciate a slight chill and hopefully we can get on the road to enjoy aircon as we drive before it heats up to 30+C again today…
