Day 7 of camper van escapades, our last day in Wheathampstead (for now), and time for a BBQ.

The van is perfect as a mobile restaurant for Kim to show off his skills, entertain Mum and her lovely neighbours, while the likes of me runs around as his lowly kitchen staff. I know my place and my skill level when it comes to cooking! 🤣

When we came over for Mums 90th birthday last September the van became a taco truck, but this time it was definitely ‘fine dining’!

His Michelin stars are on their way! 😉

Tomorrow we are off on our travels again…
