I am a 25 year general contractor, remodeler, rainwater catchment system installer, swale and water retention experimenter, repurpose and up cycling curb find specialist, Earthship enthusiast, hemp home and hemp industry cheerleader, hobbit and tree house builder and vacation renter, and once I finish building my families home for my wife and teenage son in southeast Tennessee, I am formulating a plan I like to call the "Enlightened Concept" and start looking for investors and motivated people who are passionate about creating a new world of communities focused on skills training and food production as well as hospitality and the arts as a means of generating community wealth and prosperity instead of spiritualism and yoga classes. I'm an agnostic, gen X, Mutualistic, Hesher turned Appalachian Texan born in Northeast Ohio now focused on drawing the popular culture over to a more sustainable and symbiotic relationship with our world through cooperative relationships and communities.
