First, I wanna say that I’m so sorry in advance for what I’m about to ask, but today I’ve been recovering from a bit of a mental crash…. the stress has been high, and the anxiety has been high, if you have been following my series The Decay & The Bloom, you’d know that I’m currently facing eviction while also fighting tooth and nail to complete my Army enlistment process so that I can free myself from a toxic environment and my hometown which is now on the decline with many vital community services being shut down and many jobs vanishing. At the moment I don’t have long to be where I’m at and will be headed into the unknown which has worried me to no end. Because everything has been put into my move and what I’ll need to complete my enlistment I am now facing some food insecurity and concerns regarding my health ( there are Medications that I’ve needed for a few months now and doctors’ appointments I haven’t been able to afford due to the drying up of local temp work, fluctuations in the freelance sector, and the loss of the part time job I did have before all the troubles began ).
