BTW, any time DHS or media claim federal agents cannot be investigated or criminally charged by state or local agencies for use of force violations, that is not true. Even CBP & Border Patrol require it according to policy: p. 26. I’m adding the 2010 secret handbook statement (pic on the right) to see how the verbiage changed.
