Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gomez introduced a bill today that would take the 175B given to ICE in Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” and put it towards a housing moonshot instead. The nickname for the bill is the “Housing Over Hate Act” and I am all for it! 👏🏼👏🏼
