I just spent some time reading about Epstein files…and getting disregulated AF.
After walking around in circles, all fucked up for a few minutes…
I told my roommate what was happening and that I needed support.
We BLASTED Rage Against the Machine in the living room
And we did a “7minute workout” (a HIIT app) while screaming the lyrics (fuck you I wont do what you tell me!) and thrashing through our jumping jacks and high knees.
I still feel angry, but I also feel like my grounded self again.
The whole thing took 10 minutes: community, art, movement.
These are key ingredients for how we stay sane while the world goes crazy.
