Aloha from Hawaii friends…one of the last inhabited places on earth to ring in the New Year.

In 2026… The Kennedy Center is still The Kennedy Center. The Gulf of Mexico is still the Gulf of Mexico. The Department of Defense is still the Department of Defense.

My message last January is basically the same heading into this January:

Don’t give in to the lies. Don’t give in to fear. Hold on to the truth… and hope for a happier 2026.

Goodbye 2025. Hello 2026! This is the year we begin to reclaim our democracy.
