This absurd bill is part of a larger scam being peddled as “permitting reform.” This push, which has been driven by polluters and laundered by legacy media outlets, seeks to functionally end the ESA, NEPA, the NHPA, and foundation of environmental law in America and much of the western world. It needs to be seen for what it is and stopped.
