I forgot how much kettlebell swings help me plug into my personal power in such a visceral way. My goal today was get over my fear of looking like an idiot and swing the kettlebell 20 times in my back yard, bare feet in the grass. I put a 6 track playlist together and went for it.

20 came and went and I didn’t want to stop.
