Actually, ex-Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger's investigation into the Jewish Chronicle reveals much more than his headline lets on.

It suggests that the JC, whose owner is hidden, is little more than a vehicle for Israeli disinformation.

It shows that the press watchdog is not just "toothless" but, like the rest of the British establishment, actively complicit in allowing the JC to be used by a foreign power to pervert the UK's news agenda on matters related to Israel, the Israel lobby and antisemitism.
