Joan Sebastian Guerrero was a 26 year old man from Colombia who was shot and k*lled by ICE on July 13, 2026. His wife and 3 year old daughter—who was wearing Bluey pajamas—were at the scene.

A witness says that Joan’s last words were, “I tried to stop.”

Joan was not the target of ICE operations. To be clear, there should never be any “targets.”

Joan was authorized to work legally in the US and had a social security number. To be clear again: he still never should’ve been k*lled.
