Here are some recent updates from our end:

  • Foxconn's Outlook: Foxconn's earnings call projection of a 300% QoQ increase in rack shipments seems quite exaggerated. We'll be watching for a potential downward revision in their guidance.

  • AWS Demand: We don't see any sign of a slowdown in demand from AWS. On the contrary, we believe the relevant supply chains may see their business performance revised upwards in the second half of the year. There's no need to worry about a softening of demand from this client.

  • Material Shortages: A clear shortage of copper foil is expected. This has been mentioned in recent news from Mitsui Mining & Smelting(Expand Capacity) and several CCL manufacturers, including TUC. We anticipate companies like EMC, TUC, ITEQ, Doosan, and SY will be actively competing for this material. This trend is quite definitive. Other components like drill bits and glass fiber cloth are also facing shortages.
