Last night I made a jalopeño sauce for chicken schnitzel and I might be a genius. It’s based on green taco truck sauce.
half a jar of jalopeños
bunch of parsley
half an onion
3 cloves garlic
corn oil
salt
pepper
msg
Add all ingredients to a powerful blender (I use a Ninja smoothie maker because I do not make smoothies but my husband bought it anyway)
Keep blending longer than expected so it all emulsifies like a beautiful green mayonnaise
