Last night I made a jalopeño sauce for chicken schnitzel and I might be a genius. It’s based on green taco truck sauce.

  • half a jar of jalopeños

  • bunch of parsley

  • half an onion

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • corn oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • msg

  1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender (I use a Ninja smoothie maker because I do not make smoothies but my husband bought it anyway)

  2. Keep blending longer than expected so it all emulsifies like a beautiful green mayonnaise
