The merger between Paramount/Skydance and Warner Bros. will consolidate so much power and control over content and cost in the hands of Trump’s billionaire buddies, the Ellisons. 

But California AG Rob Bonta and other Democratic AGs are fighting back with a sharp lawsuit to block the merger.
