This is the tide being out at the Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia.

“It is world-famous for having the highest tides on Earth, with tidal ranges reaching up to 16 meters (52 feet) in some areas.

Twice a day, up to 160 billion tonnes of seawater flow in and out of the bay”.
