What if we normalize extraordinary rendition of authoritarian rulers?

If we can enter the sovereign nation of Venezuela and use our military and law enforcement authorities to take Maduro for being an authoritarian and criminal, can we extend that logic out a bit?

What does that legal theory spell for war criminals like Putin or Netanyahu, or even the insurrectionist Trump on a global stage?
