AI does not have a nervous system.

It can provide some powerful insights and help people learn about themselves.

It might even be able to “therapize” and coach.

But it can’t attune at a cellular level to the person asking it questions.

It can’t slow down its breathing, slow down the cadence of its voice, change the vibration of its words as they are spoken from a human body.

It is unable to empathize from it’s heart, to feel the person in front of it.

To be in connected conversation.

Truly present.

Actively listening.

Feeling.

Seeing and hearing another.

This remains the domain of humans.

And a gift we can give others.
