People look at me really funny when I tell them that personal recycling is just another blame-shift by corporations so that individuals think they are doing something about pollution when it’s the big corps doin’ 90% of it. And now we pay our cities to come pick up our recycling only for a majority of it to end up in the landfill anyway. We got bamboozled bigtime. (I am NOT saying we shouldn’t recycle.)

Now Gov Spanberger is asking residents of Virginia to watch water and AC consumption after they have promised that we Virginians won’t be left footing the bill for her embrace of data centers. How is it that the data centers get priority again?
