I want to be abundantly clear - this man just admitted that he consulted with oil companies prior to invading Venezuela and capturing Maduro.

He did not brief Congress (the gang of 8) violating Title 50 of the United States Code but he gave classified information to OIL COMPANIES.

This is a violation of the Espionage Act. Easily prosecutable when coupled with his refusal to disclose this information to the United States Congress.
