Happy Mother’s Day to My incredible Wife, and to All the Mothers, Grandmothers, and Women Who Mother Us
Today, I want to start by honoring the woman who is the heart of our family — my wife, my partner, my best friend, and an incredible mother.
Being a mother is one of the most powerful, selfless, and beautiful things in this world. A mother is love. A mother is strength. A mother is patience. A mother is sacrifice. A mother is the one who holds everything together, even when nobody sees how much she is carrying.
And my wife does that every single day.
She gives our family love, comfort, guidance, and strength. She is there in the happy moments, in the hard moments, in the quiet moments, and in the moments when everyone needs someone to lean on. She is not just a mother to our children — she is their protector, their teacher, their safe place, and their example of what love looks like.
Thank you for being the heart of our family and the incredible mother you are
Mother’s Day is beautiful, but I know it can also be emotional.
For those who still have their mothers here, hold them close. Call them. Hug them. Tell them you love them. Don’t wait for the perfect moment, because the perfect moment is today.
And for those of us who no longer have our mothers with us, this day carries a different kind of weight. It is still filled with love, but it also comes with a pain that never fully leaves.
My mother was my best friend. When my father passed away, she became both my mother and my father. She was my protector, my guide, my strength, my comfort, and the person I could always turn to. Even now, I still feel like part of me has not fully accepted that she is gone. Some losses are so deep that you do not get over them — you learn to carry them with love.
A mother is more than a title. A mother is often our first friend, our first protector, our first teacher, and the first person who shows us what unconditional love feels like. That kind of love never disappears.
May God bless all of you today. May He give comfort to those who are hurting, joy to those who are celebrating, and peace to those who are remembering.
I Love You Mom ❤️
