I’ve gathered nettle leaves for a while but it had never occurred to me that I could harvest the SEEDS of nettles until I heard it on the radio. So that's what I've been doing today - the abundance! I will snip off the seeds and dry them and intend to add a sprinkling to most meals. They are, unsurprisingly, all kinds of good for you:
