This week, a federal judge in Minnesota unsealed five search warrant applications in the criminal case against Don Lemon and others. All five were rejected by the court, including one that sought personal identifying information for all of Lemon’s YouTube subscribers. This is an alarming abuse of the search warrant process and a clear example of how the Trump administration’s abuse of the justice system affects the rights of all Americans.
