I cannot express my contempt strongly enough for those who spent every day for the past two years yelling at Netanyahu over Gaza, yet are now silent about the uprisings in Iran, the regime’s brutality, and the terror-sponsoring dictator Khamenei, who once sent children to clear minefields and is the region’s single most prolific funder of violence.
They are silent on the protests because, whether they admit it or not, they lend tacit support to the Islamic Republic of Iran. Ever notice the Islamic Republic flags at their so-called “human rights” protests — the same flags that freedom fighters in Iran are risking their lives to pull down? After spending two years amplifying the regime’s narratives and those of its proxies against Israel, they still have the gall to hide behind claims of human rights.
These virtue-signalling hypocrites act only when it is safe and socially acceptable to do so. Their performative outrage is useful idiocy for jihadists and nothing to do with human rights.
