In America the Counties were never given authority to tax our property. Here is how they hid and lied to make us think they had authority over our property.
Most American landowners have a Federal land title aka land patent. Congress specifically reserved public land to the Federal Government to grant land patents to the settlers as each State entered the Union. The land patents were granted in perpetuity, yes to each person who inherited or bought the land after the settlers. It says so in the land patents, “To his heirs or assigns forever”. The counties issued deeds and hid the land patents over a hundred years ago. Now we have bond interest to pay via land taxes. That is fraud!
This is how to find your land patent at the Bureau of Land Management website. Read your land rights and reclaim your land.
The information on your land deed allows you to find your patent. Look for the values for: TOWNSHIP, SECTION, RANGE, MERIDIAN. Put those values in the search documents-patents in the website below. A list of patents will appear. Click on the listing that matches your deed. A digital picture of the patent will appear. Read it. It has all your land rights written. Such as TO HIS HEIRS AND ASSIGNS FOREVER (most of us are assigns) along with water and mineral rights. Contact the blm office in your State and ask for certified copies.
