*Index CEO salaries to the lowest worker wage. If they want a higher salary, they have to “pay (their workers generating their profit) to play (with more money).
*Better paid workers with more benefits are more invested and take pride in their work.
*Higher paid workers have more disposable income and, thus, uphold the general economy.
